With the end of another fantastic year, our CEO, Ed Boyd, held an internal company update that communicated our service performance for our more than 4000 customers in 2018 as well as our upcoming plans for 2019 and beyond. While we are planning for expansion and growth in 2019, our focus remains on customer experience and delivering results. To this end, Burroughs is currently making enhancements to our existing service solutions, including m-tech and strategic stocking locations. Our 2019 plans include a strong focus on Windows 10 testing and implementation for our customers, as well as diversifying our offerings.
